Please join us for dinner, drinks, and dancing to celebrate our wedding at Truss! Cocktail hour will be held on the rooftop terrace promptly at 6:00 pm where we will be joined by a Jazz Trio followed by dinner and dancing featuring the Blue Water Kings Band.

It all started like the best modern love stories do — they both swiped right. (Nick swiped first 😉). After they matched, Nick wasn’t taking any chances so he made a move of his own: he urged a mutual friend to slide into Taylor’s DMs to “put in a good word” and vouch that he was, in fact, a good guy — a bold strategy, and clearly, a successful one Nick asked Taylor out on their first date at Sapphire Creek Winery, where nerves gave way to laughter, connection, and one broken personal rule — Nick’s “no kissing on the first date” rule. (Spoiler alert: no regrets.) After their first date, while driving home in his Red Ford Bronco, Nick texted his brother and sister-in-law telling them he was going to “marry this girl”. From that night on, everything just clicked. Whether it was late night talks, long dog walks, or smash burgers on the Blackstone, and true crime documentaries, they quickly became each other’s favorite notification — and then, each other’s home. So in true Nick fashion — within hours of picking up the perfect engagement ring from the jeweler….he proposed. He didn’t wait for the perfect moment… He made the perfect moment. Because you know what they say, “when you know, you know!” Just love, excitement, and a “why the hell wait?” kind of energy. This September, they’re eloping on the breathtaking island of Saint Vincent in an overwater Chapel— just the two of them, surrounded by ocean, sunshine, and a promise of forever.
